Des lycéens jouent à s'enfermer en couple dans la réserve du gymnase. Quand le tour d'Haruki et Kirara se termine, personne ne vient les libérer. À leur sortie, ils découvrent l'horreur. Les morts reviennent à la vie et mordent les vivants pour les infecter. Pour éviter la pandémie, le gouvernement coupe la ville de l'extérieur.
